The City of Natchitoches Utility Service Center is located at 806 Second Street in the Natchitoches Historic District. The Service Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. – noon.  Drive-through service is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A drop box is available for after hours.

Customers wishing to pay a utility bill, transfer an account or establish a new account will do so at the Utility Service Center. City of Natchitoches Utility customers pay one bill for the following services: electricity, water, sewer and garbage.

Customers may pay using cash, check (exact amount), money order or Master Card/Visa.

If your services have been disconnected and you have paid the balance online, please notify the Utility Service Center to pay a reconnect fee to have your services reinstated.
