JOINT PRESS CONFERENCE TO BE HELD FRIDAY TO BRIEF PUBLIC ON

HURRICANE LAURA RECOVERY EFFORTS

Friday, September 4th

 

 

NATCHITOCHES – The City of Natchitoches would like to announce there will be a Joint Press Conference held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Iberville Green located on Northwestern State University’s campus between Iberville Dining Hall and the Keyser Hall Parking Lot.

 

Mayor Ronnie Williams, Parish President John Richmond, SWEPCO External Affairs Manager Michael Corbin, and NSU Director University Affairs Jennifer Kelly will brief the public on recovery efforts in the area from Hurricane Laura.  Representatives will specifically address ongoing power outage restoration, the FEMA application process, and plan of action for debris removal in our area.

 

Parking is available near Iberville Dining Hall and University Place II.
