Design work is also ongoing for the City’s FY 2023 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Street Improvement program, which will include upgrades on Brahma Drive, J.C. Deblieux Drive, Myrtle Drive [depicted in photograph], Ouida Drive, and Virginia Avenue. The design work is being done in-house, with construction work anticipated to begin around the first of calendar year 2025.
