Local artist James Borders has designed a beautiful sculpture that is a memorial to his wife, Lisa, who was lost to cancer. This sculpture, which is a beautiful cross will be dedicated on June 19th at 6:00 PM. James and his family, along with Trinity Baptist Church welcomes the public to this dedication service, to unveil this beautiful cross sculpture. You are cordially invited to attend. Public Hearing - Natchitoches Safe Streets Revitalization Project

The City of Natchitoches will be hosting a public hearing to discuss the Department of Transportation's RAISE (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity) Grant and its proposed use to fund the Natchitoches Safe Streets Revitalization Project. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 5 p.m. in the Ben Johnson Auditorium at 400 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
